HOW TO USE
Ages 12+ : 1 Drop EO Blend to 10 Drops Carrier. If using daily, dilute 1 drop of EO blend to 20 drops of carrier.

Advantages
Man the grounding blend is legit. It has a light earthy, fresh, and soothing fragrance when diffused. I usually diffuse it in my living room with a few drops of lemongrass and the kids all seem to settle a bit. It's a must have for me by the bed as I diffuse the grounding blend before bed. The uplifting blend is okay, I need to add lemon or orange to really feel the atmosphere change a little.
Disadvantages
I didn't LOVE the coconut oil as I do not need it but for individuals who dilute the blends its a great product. I do wish the uplifting blend was more bright in fragrance.

Overall grounding blend is my favorite oil out of the kit, as it is really effective and the fragrance is soothing and calming. The kids love the fragrance and I love the effects. Great product and will purchase again.

I was absouletly in love with this when I received this in my CC. I am so glad that they decided to make this product available for purchase. I gave some of the blends to a friend that lost her husband and it worked amazingly. My husband loves the uplifting when his anxiety is bad. Works instantly to bring him out of his funk! I will not let this ever run out!!!
